As a Celiac with other significant health issues, I know how hard it is to find baked goods that suit dietary needs. Part of my hope with Yumm-Ease is to reach people living with invisible disabilities and provide them the opportunity to eat something they love - all while being able to pursue my passions for social justice as well. That’s why every month I’ll be donating at least 10% of my profits to a different nonprofit that helps to aid marginalized groups. I hope to be able to donate more in the future. GLUTEN FREE PIES

These gluten free apple pies are baked with a buttery and homemade flaky gluten free crust! Can also be made refined-sugar free or diabetic friendly, with a dairy free option coming soon. Substitutions will affect price. Mini pies are no longer available.
GLUTEN FREE TRIPLE LAYER DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE
Starting at $33 for a half or at $53 for a whole sized cake
Naturally gluten free, grain free, dairy free, corn free, and refined sugar free. Can also be made in mocha and dark chocolate raspberry at added price. Can be made with a variety of frostings: regular ganache, dairy free ganache, sugar free ganache, dairy & sugar free ganache, regular buttercream, dairy free buttercream, sugar free buttercream, or sugar & dairy free buttercream. BAKED GOODS MEET SOCIAL JUSTICE
Hi! My name is Taylor. I’m an enneagram 8, received my bachelor’s degree in youth ministry in 2019, and married my husband that same year. Covid hit shortly after, and as we both had to spend a lot more time indoors, we started to explore a shared passion: social justice. .After what happened to George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery in 2020, and having my eyes opened to the injustices in this world, I kicked my passion for allyship into high gear. I kept trying to find a ministry job where I could pursue social justice and equal rights for the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, and other marginalized communities, but found it difficult to find something where I could speak out freely on these issues.
That’s when I decided to form a small business to combine my love for baking and my heart for social justice. As a Celiac with other significant health issues, I know how hard it is to find baked goods that suit dietary needs. Part of my hope with Yumm-Ease is to reach people living with invisible disabilities and provide them the opportunity to eat something they love - all while being able to pursue my passions for SJ as well. Every month I’ll be donating at least 10% of my profits to a different nonprofit that helps to aid marginalized groups. I hope to be able to donate more in the future.
I want my small business to be a safe place for everyone; a place where I can demonstrate the TRUE love of Christ to all who love differently, believe differently, look differently, and live differently; a space free of any discrimination. I want it to be a place where I can support and fight for the LGBTQ+ folks who have been pushed aside by the Christian community. I want it to be a place where I can fight for the BIPOC and disabled community, who are often left behind. I want it to be a safe place where I can serve those who have been hurt by abuse, trauma, and neglect. Maybe that’s a high reach for a small business that sells baked goods, but I know that my God can make changes for His Kingdom even out of the smallest of things!
